How do I order a service on PhidTech?
Search for the service you need, choose a seller, select a package, provide your requirements, and pay securely via mobile money or card. Your funds are protected until the work is delivered.
Are my payments safe?
Yes. PhidTech uses an escrow system — your money is held securely until you are satisfied with the work delivered. You cannot lose your payment without receiving the service.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. PhidTech supports M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and other digital payment methods in Tanzania.
How do I become a seller on PhidTech?
Click 'Become a Seller', fill in the registration application, and wait for your account to be verified. Once approved, you can create your services and start receiving orders.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
You can open a dispute from your order page. Our support team will handle the issue and ensure fair resolution for both parties.
What fees does PhidTech charge?
PhidTech charges a small service fee to both buyers and sellers. You always see the full total including fees before you pay.
Can I request revisions on my order?
Yes. Each package shows the number of allowed revisions. If you need more, you can agree with the seller for a small additional fee.
